You may be stuck with formatting your phone forgetting about a password you have set to your memory card and after formatting the memory card asking for a password that you dont remember at all.even i had the same problem with my cell phone and i finally got a solution for it..
You just have to download this little software from here MMCTOOL
which is around 288 Kbit and unlock it after inserting your memory card into a memory card reader and have plugged in to the PC
